PLEASE NOTE: The delivery times are based on when the package is ready for shipment from our store and not from time of ordering. The time frames do not include weekends or holidays. You can check the status of your order at anytime by accessing your account online.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call our Customer Service department (+61 7 4632 2585 ) for a Return Authorization and you will be given a full refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping charges, upon our receipt of the returned item. You must return the item at your own expense, including original packaging if applicable, in order to receive your refund. Tag Along Teddies patterns must be returned unopened in order for a refund to be applicable.
